When driving across a bridge with a toll booth just as you approach it press x to exit the car. You will jump out your car will glide through the booth and then just get back in avoiding the toll and a wanted rating!

Avoid Hotwiring
If you enter a car and it requires you to hotwire it, you can avoid it by exiting and re-entering the car. The car will then be started and ready-to-go.
